Are you our new Service Delivery Manager? Become a key player in digital education!
At Inspera, we develop digital assessment solutions for educational institutions around the world. We are now looking for a Service Delivery Manager who will ensure high quality and stability in our services, as well as play a key role in following up on one of our biggest customers. The role is a 1-year engagement, with the possibility of extension.
About the role:
As Service Delivery Manager you get a central role in monitoring, improving and further developing our deliveries. You will work closely with customers, technical teams and suppliers to ensure efficient and stable services.
You will be responsible for:
Project Management – Planning and implementing improvements, upgrades and implementations, including resource management, budget and deliveries.
Problem and incident management – Identifying and resolving recurring problems, handling major incidents and ensuring rapid troubleshooting.
Change and configuration management – Assessing change requests and contributing to accurate maintenance of configuration data.
Continuous improvement – Identifying opportunities for improved service quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Customer collaboration and reporting – Holding status meetings, following up on KPIs and ensuring clear communication with customers.
Working closely with developers and support teams to ensure optimal technical solutions for customers
Supplier follow-up – Working with subcontractors and integration partners to ensure high quality of deliveries.

Who are you?
To succeed and thrive in this role, we believe that you are service-oriented, solution-focused and enjoy both customer contact and technical discussions. We think you have:
Experience with IT service management, support, account management or project management
Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or similar – relevant experience can compensate for education
Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time and follow up on goals – experience with SLAs/KPIs is an advantage
Good communication skills in English
Technical understanding and ability to collaborate broadly – knowledge of ITIL or Prince2
