Macro Offshore is looking for a HSEQ Coordinator- Onshore position

We’re a lean, experienced Rig- Management team - looking for a skilled, structured and motivated team member to join us.

Job description

·        Be part of a dedicated HSEQ team that supports both operations and projects

·        Coach and advise crew and colleagues on safe work practices

·        Monitor and follow up on safety programs, audits, and KPIs

·        Drive compliance with ISO standards, ISM Code, and internal policies

·        Perform inspections and risk assessments on board

·        Participate in incident investigations / lessons learned sessions

·        Take part in safety organization meetings offshore and coordinate with shore-based teams

·        Serve on the Crisis Management Team as Emergency Coordinator

Qualifications

·        Relevant experience from the offshore or maritime industry

·        A bachelor’s degree is great, but relevant HSE experience may compensate

·        Solid understanding of ISM, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001

·        Comfortable with standard IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)

·        Strong administrative skills and a structured approach to documentation and procedures

·        Solid Norwegian & English skills – written & oral

Offshore travel to our vessels is part of the role; therefore, the following certifications are preferred to hold:

·        Basic Safety & Emergency Preparedness Training (Norwegian sector)

·        Valid offshore medical certificate
