Head of Digital VitaeLab – A Key Role Shaping Our Digital Future Across 7 Markets
We’re on an ambitious growth journey to build Europe’s leading digital subscription platform in health and beauty – and now we’re looking for a commercially driven Head of Digital to join VitaeLab, which is our biggest business area. Here you will among other things work with our renowned product VitaePro – one of the top-selling dietary supplements in the Nordics.
This is a brand-new role where you’ll have the chance to shape both our digital future and your own career path. As Head of Digital, you will be a key leader within the organization, report to the Chief Commercial Officer and be a part of the VitaeLab Management Team.
The Head of Digital will lead our digital strategy across 7 markets. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a digital roadmap aligned with our commercial goals. You will also be responsible for seamless execution of campaigns and delivering high-quality digital assets together with the VitaeLab Management Team and the VitaeLab organization in and across the different markets.
You will lead and work closely with a talented team of designers and a web specialist, ensuring that campaign materials, content, and digital experiences are delivered on time and of the highest quality. You will also support local markets from strategy to execution — providing guidance, tools, and best practices to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
You will oversee the development of campaign content, manage A/B testing and optimization of commercial initiatives, and continuously monitor and report on campaign performance and profitability.
To succeed, we believe you are commercially minded, data-driven, and passionate about creating impactful digital experiences. You understand the importance of creating good content for the different digital and SoMe channels and are constantly in search of new ideas to be tested. You combine strategic leadership with operational excellence, and you have a strong understanding of digital marketing & sales, customer journeys, and performance optimization.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, agencies, and other partners to maximize the commercial impact of our digital efforts. Qualifications:
Education and experience:
- Relevant education from sales and marketing
- Minimum 8 years of digital sales and marketing experience, preferably within D2C
- Leadership experience
- Broad-based knowledge and experience from creating and executing successful digital content and campaigns
- Office 365 and analytical tools
- Fluent in Norwegian, professional skills in English
- Subscription based business model experience is a plus
